Experience

Prior to Whitman Law Firm, L.L.P., Brian Whitman ran his own freelance law practice for several years, building upon and expanding his legal experience which initially began with a large Mississippi-based defense firm. His practice included commercial litigation, insurance litigation, premises liability, contract disputes, pre-suit evaluations, and risk management services. Brian's practice has since grown to include a focus upon termite damage claims. Brian is licensed to practice law in all Mississippi state courts, the Southern and Northern Districts of Mississippi Federal Courts, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
